equipped ambulances strategically stationed at various locations to ensure a prompt response to
emergencies. Our highly trained paramedics are dedicated to providing immediate medical assistance and transportation to anyone in need.

Doppler scan

The doppler scan is used at our hospital to diagnose and monitor various conditions such as blood clots, deep vein thrombosis, and peripheral artery disease. By using high-frequency sound waves, the doppler scan can assess the blood flow and identify any abnormalities or blockages in the veins and arteries. This non-invasive procedure provides our medical professionals with valuable information to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure the well-being of our patients.

ECG

Our Hospital is committed to providing the best cardiac healthcare. ECG is the primary test required to evaluate the heart status of our patients. An electrocardiogram (ECG) is a simple test that can be used to check your heart’s rhythm and electrical activity. Sensors attached to the skin detect your heart’s electrical signals each time it beats. These signals are recorded by a machine and are looked at by a doctor to see if they’re unusual.

Echocardiography

Echocardiography is utilised by our healthcare professionals to diagnose and evaluate various cardiac conditions. This non-invasive imaging technique uses sound waves to create detailed images of the heart structure and function. It provides valuable information about the size, shape, and movement of the heart, as well as the function of its valves and chambers. Echocardiography is an essential tool in monitoring patients with heart disease, guiding treatment decisions, and assessing the effectiveness of interventions.

Endoscopy

Endoscopy allows our experienced ENT specialists to examine the internal structures of the ear, nose, and throat using a small, flexible tube with a camera attached. With endoscopy, we can accurately diagnose and treat various conditions such as chronic sinusitis, vocal cord disorders, and middle ear infections. Our ENT suite is equipped with the latest technology to ensure a comfortable and efficient experience for our patients.

Additionally, our medical and surgical gastroenterologists can examine various gastrointestinal structures and perform therapeutic interventions through the aid of endoscopy, such as removing polyps or taking tissue samples for further analysis.

ICU

ICU

The ICU helps support the management of all critically ill patients. On arrival all trauma patients are assessed and resuscitated in the Emergency and then transferred to ICU for further resuscitation. Patients who undergo emergency surgical procedures are also transferred to ICU for both continued resuscitation and for post-operative care as appropriate. The ICU maintains a strict 1:1 patient-nurse ratio.

Our ICU beds are monitored with multichannel monitoring, both at bedside and at the central nursing station. All facilities, including ventilators and invasive monitoring are available at the bedside. All procedures like various invasive lines, percutaneous tracheostomies are performed at the bedside. Strict protocols are adhered to in the day-to-day management of patients.

The Intensive Care Unit is manned by two full-time consultants and supported by highly-trained nurses, physiotherapists and nutritionists. Strict Infection Control measures are instituted and their performance is regularly audited.

Ultrasound

During pregnancy, it’s standard to undergo routine ultrasound scans to check on the unborn child’s well-being. If the clinician detects an issue, extra ultrasound examinations may be recommended, other than the regular scans at different points during the pregnancy.

Suppose there are indications or symptoms associated with specific medical disorders, and the healthcare professional wants to check inside your body to determine the root cause. In that case, you may require a diagnostic ultrasound. An ultrasound is part of the procedure during a needle biopsy to collect fluid or tissue for testing.

X Ray

The X-Ray is a common diagnostic tool used to visualize the internal structures of the body. It is a non-invasive procedure that allows doctors to identify fractures, infections, tumors, and other abnormalities. X-rays are performed by trained technicians who carefully position the patient and capture images using a specialized machine. X-rays flow through the body and onto detectors, such as film or an electronic detector linked to a computer, during an X-ray treatment. Denser things (such as bones and calcium deposits) absorb more radiation, lowering the detector’s radiation. As a result, denser items (which look lighter) leave an image on the detector than less dense objects (which appear darker). Thus the X-ray scans of bones seem white. These images are then interpreted by radiologists who provide detailed reports to the patient’s healthcare provider. Overall, X-rays play a vital role in guiding medical professionals in making accurate diagnoses and determining appropriate treatment plans.
